Find out what mindfulness really is and experience it within a few minutes first hand. Something simple like drinking coffee or tea done mindfully opens the door to a completely different world. Let mindfulness become your new normal. Don’t allow your habits to control your life and you like a puppet on a string. Be more awake and present. You’ll immediately make better decisions and you will see life’s versatile beauty everywhere you go.
