Negative self-talk is self-sabotage and it is time you stop it.
It’s just thoughts? No! Self-talk has positive or negative impact on you. Just like any other conversation it either brings clarity, motivation, cheers you up, makes you see your strengths and trust yourself or it does the opposite and creates worries, takes away your self-esteem, makes you feel small and focuses on your mistakes.
